By accessing our website, registering for classes, or participating in any Primal Legacy event, you agree to the following:
• Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years or older or have written parental/guardian consent if under 18.
• Use of Services: You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any training content without written consent.
• Conduct: Disrespectful, aggressive, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal without a refund.
• Changes: These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of those changes.

2. Legal Disclaimer
• Our programs are for educational purposes only and do not guarantee any specific outcome or level of safety in real-world scenarios.
• Instruction is based on general best practices and real-world experience, but effectiveness can vary.
• Community Self-Defense is not responsible for how techniques are applied outside of our training environment.

3. Accessibility Statement
We are committed to inclusivity. If you need any special accommodations due to a disability or medical condition, please contact us at least 72 hours before your session. We will do our best to meet your needs.

4. Refund Policy
• Cancellations: Refunds or credits may be issued if a cancellation is made at least 72 hours before a scheduled session.
• No-Shows: No refunds will be provided for missed appointments or same-day cancellations.
• Merchandise: All merchandise sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
• Rescheduling: One reschedule is allowed per booking if requested at least 48 hours in advance.

5. Waiver of Liability for Injury and Harm
By participating in any class, event, or activity provided by Community Self-Defense, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
• You understand that self-defense training involves physical activity, which carries a risk of injury, both minor and serious.
• You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury, illness, or harm (including physical, emotional, or psychological) that may occur during or as a result of your participation.
• You release, waive, and discharge Community Self-Defense, its instructors, employees, affiliates, volunteers, and property owners from any and all liability, claims, or demands, whether known or unknown, arising from or related to your participation in our programs.
• You certify that you are physically fit and capable of safely participating. If you have any medical conditions, it is your responsibility to consult a physician before participating.
